In view of the problems caused by Covid 19 restriction notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting will be held via e-mail and post and completed by Saturday 4th July 2020 at 4pm. Any postal or voting forms must arrive at firstname.lastname@example.org or 81 Knowsley Street by that time with any comments Company Members see fit to make.
Members of the Company are eligible for election to the Board of Directors. If anyone is interested their name must be put forward in writing to the Chair of the Company not later than Tuesday 16th June 2020. 16th June 2020 is the final date for items to be added to the agenda. Papers have been sent out by post and e-mail. Please contact us if you are a member and haven't received them.
